ACCESS
We send out a reminder text the evening before we are due to come to your property for your scheduled clean. This is to reminder you if there are any access issues, gates to be unlocked etc, to have this ready for when we arrive the following day. If we are unable to gain access we will clean what we have access to and will charge full price.
ANY ISSUES WITH THE SERVICE
If you are unhappy with the quality of the clean carried out then please notify us within 24hrs. We will come back at the soonest available opportunity to rectify the issue.
FAILURE TO PAY
If a payment through our direct debit payment method is refused we will contact you to rectify, or to make another arrangement for that payment. Failure to do so after the second missed payment means you will be removed from the round until the arears have been paid in full.
DEFECTS & DAMAGE
Any defects to the area being cleaned (roof tiles, paving stones etc) will be documented as proof that they were there prior to us cleaning the area. In the highly unlikely event that we cause any damage to the area we are cleaning, this will also be documented and reported to the customer and a comprehensive repair made to the customers satisfaction.
PAYMENT
Payment is to be made on the completion of the services provided.
